Octagonal rosewood top relief-carved with a central decorative compartment (original lock and key) decorated with vines and punctuated by flowerheads within inlaid ebony, bone and brass strung border. Matching trailing, floral, vine ogee and inlaid outer border, on turned and equally profusely carved and turned spindle legs.
